KYC, new cards and fraud checks, handled the moment they come up
Banks, NBFCs and fintechs make calls that can't wait for a free agent: a KYC update before an account is restricted, a welcome call for a new card, a check on a payment that looks wrong. An agent makes them at once, in the customer's language, and never asks for a PIN or an OTP.

Where the agent picks up
Each call has its own page, with what the agent says and does, start to finish.

KYC follow-up
An account with an expired or incomplete KYC can't be used fully, and a generic SMS rarely gets anyone to act. A call that names the one missing document, and suggests alternatives they actually have, gets it uploaded.
On the call
- 1
Confirms the customer
By name, before saying anything about the account.
- 2
Says what's missing
The exact document, from the call's variables.
- 3
Offers alternatives
Other documents your policy accepts, and sends the upload link.
- 4
Closes with help
Tells them where to call if the upload doesn't work.

Customer
On the phone
- Radha: Hello, am I speaking with Mr. Manoj Verma?
- Customer: Yes, who is this?
- Radha: This is Radha from Nirmal Bank. Your account's KYC update is pending: we still need a current address proof.
Why teams bring in an agent
What gets in the way in banking & fintech
Pending KYC piles up
It calls every customer with something missing, says exactly what, and sends the upload link while they're on the line.
Fraud checks are a race against time
It calls within moments of an alert, and blocks the card through your system if the customer doesn't recognise the payment.
New cards sit unused
A welcome call walks each customer through activation in your app.
Customers have learned to distrust bank calls
It never asks for a PIN, CVV, OTP or full card number, and says so.
Questions
Asked by teams in this industry
Will it ever ask for an OTP or PIN?
No. Its instructions forbid it, and it tells customers it never will, so a real call from you is easy to tell apart from a scam.
How does it block a card?
Through a Tool you set up in the Agent Builder that calls your card system. Keys for your system are stored encrypted.
Can it switch languages mid-call?
Yes. It answers in whichever Indian language or English the customer uses, and follows them when they switch.
